Wicksteed Park’s Summer Adventures Are Back — Here’s What You Need to Know

Wicksteed Park’s Summer Adventures offer is back for 2026, and with wristband prices held nice and low, it’s shaping up to be one of the better value days out in Northants this summer.

When’s it on?

The Summer Adventures offer runs from 17th July right through to 2nd September. Beyond that date, Wicksteed Park is still open every weekend, bank holiday and school holiday until 4th October, so there’s plenty of time to fit in a visit even if the summer holidays get away from you.

What’s included

A wristband gets your little ones unlimited access to over 25 rides and attractions for the day — so no faffing about with individual ride tickets or trying to ration who goes on what. Beyond the rides, there’s also the animal attractions to explore and a round of crazy golf to be had on the Pig N Putt course if you fancy a slower-paced bit of the day.

One of my favourite bits of Wicksteed’s pricing: children under 0.9m get in completely free with a paying adult, so it’s a genuinely good option if you’ve got a mix of ages in tow, including a toddler who’s not quite tall enough for the bigger rides yet.

Worth noting that Wicksteed Park’s regular parking charges still apply on top of these prices, so factor that into your day out budget.

Booking online ahead of your visit is the way to go if you want to guarantee your spot and avoid any queuing for wristbands on the day. As always with summer holiday attractions, I’d expect the busiest days to be weekends and the height of the school holidays, so if you can visit on a quieter weekday, you’ll likely have a more relaxed time of it.
