Vote for your school. Win a free Reggie the T-Rex visit in Northamptonshire
Got a dinosaur obsessed child in primary school? This one is for you!
Giant Journeys, an educational experiences company that delivers immersive workshops for children, is celebrating its first anniversary by running a community vote. Two Northamptonshire primary schools will win a completely free dinosaur visit from Reggie the T-Rex.
What’s the prize?
The winning schools will get a free visit featuring Reggie (a 5 metre long animatronic T-Rex) plus his baby sister Trixie. It’s designed to be fun, interactive and packed with dinosaur facts.
A Northamptonshire school that previously won described it like this:
“The interactive dinosaur visit was absolutely incredible! The learners were completely engaged, asking questions, and learning so much about prehistoric life.” A spokesperson for Wootton Park School

Giant Journeys Workshops
Alongside the dinosaur workshop, Giant Journeys runs a range of immersive school experiences. Some of their sessions use tech like Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, and they also offer AI based “quests” where children interact with historical characters.
Good to know if you’re near the border
Giant Journeys is also running a Bedfordshire version of the competition, so it’s worth checking if you have friends or family over that way.
