Mother’s Day Special Nervous System Reset

Mother’s Day Special Nervous System Reset: A Healing Circle at SooYoga

This special gathering is an invitation to soften.

To exhale.

To be held.

Mother’s Day can hold many layers — joy, love, grief, longing, complexity. This special gathering is an invitation to pause and be held in a space of softness and safety.

This is a nurturing workshop devoted to calming the nervous system, reconnecting to the body, and awakening the healing presence within.

Through guided breathwork, gentle EFT tapping, and restorative energy healing, we’ll move from overwhelm into regulation. From holding it all together into being supported. Together, we create space to release pressure, soften self-judgment, and reconnect to the quiet wisdom of the heart.

This circle is open to anyone who resonates with the space. Whether you are a mother, longing to be, healing your relationship with your own mother, or simply seeking rest and renewal.

You can expect:

  • Gental restorative yoga
  • Nervous system-regulating breath practices
  • Gentle, guided tapping for emotional release
  • A restorative energy healing journey
  • Reflection and connection in a supportive circle
  • Tea, warmth, and intentional ritual
