Bluey the Ride: Here Come the Grannies! — Alton Towers
Opens: 28th March 2026
This one is going to be HUGE with little Bluey fans. Alton Towers Resort is opening the world’s first ever Bluey rollercoaster on 28th March — right in time for the Easter holidays!
Bluey the Ride: Here Come the Grannies takes families on a gentle junior coaster through Bluey’s backyard, inspired by the fan-favourite ‘Grannies’ episode of the show. There are dips, turns, colourful theming, and selfie opportunities with Bluey’s House in the queue — and Bluey fans can also meet Bluey and Bingo at the Big Fun Showtime live show.
Alton Towers even marked the announcement by creating a 20×15 metre portrait of Bluey made from over 11,000 tins of beans. Only at a theme park, hey!
The ride is located in CBeebies Land and is perfect for younger adventurers. It’s included in standard park admission (or your Merlin Annual Pass!).
