Honey Fest at Kelmarsh Hall

Kelmarsh Hall is no stranger to a good day out, but this one is brand new. If you’ve got little ones who love creepy crawlies, or you just fancy an afternoon wandering somewhere pretty, Honey Fest is worth popping in the diary.

Honey Fest is taking place at Kelmarsh Hall on Sunday 13th September, from 11am until 3pm, and it’s the very first time the event has run. It’s a celebration of all things honey and bees, with stalls, activities and displays inspired by pollinators dotted around the grounds. The historic gardens will also be open on the day, so there’s plenty to explore beyond the honey theme itself.

What to expect

Kelmarsh Hall’s team describe it as a chance to discover stalls, activities and displays inspired by the wonderful world of pollinators, all set in the beautiful Kelmarsh grounds. For families, that usually means a good mix of hands-on bits for the kids alongside stalls to browse at your own pace, and with the gardens open too, there’s room to turn it into a proper wander rather than a quick in-and-out visit.

Location and getting there

Kelmarsh Hall is on Main Road, Kelmarsh, Northampton, NN6 9LY.
