Free Halloween Film for Teens at Teen Clinic Daventry’s 4th Birthday

Half term with teenagers is a whole different ball game. If you’ve got an 11 to 18 year old in Daventry who’s already grumbling that there’s nothing to do this October half term, here’s a free afternoon out to send them off to: Teen Clinic Daventry is turning four and throwing a Halloween-themed birthday party at The Arc Cinema, with a free film, a free drink and free popcorn.

A Free Halloween Film for Teens at The Arc Cinema

To celebrate its 4th birthday, Teen Clinic Daventry is hosting a Halloweeny party at The Arc Cinema on Thursday 29th October, right in the middle of half term. Local teens are invited along for free refreshments and a free Halloween film. There are goody bags for the first groups to arrive, so it’s worth getting there on time. Dressing up in Halloween costume is welcome too, if they fancy it.

Who Can Go?

The party is for young people aged 11 to 18 only, who live or go to school in Daventry. It’s a nice one to mention to your teen and their friends, as it’s a great excuse for a group trip to the cinema that won’t cost them a penny.

What Is Teen Clinic Daventry?

If you haven’t come across it before, Teen Clinic Daventry is a free drop-in health clinic for 11 to 18 year olds who live or go to school in the Daventry area. It runs once a month at Daventry Mind, and young people can pop in to talk about anything to do with their mental, physical or sexual health. The team includes a GP, a young people’s counsellor, a school nurse, a sexual health outreach worker and a youth support practitioner.

There’s no need to book an appointment and it’s confidential. Teens can go on their own, with a friend, or with a parent or carer if they’d like you there. It isn’t an emergency service, but it’s one of those local services that’s really worth knowing about. A free birthday party at the cinema is a pretty relaxed way for your teen to find out it exists. You can find upcoming clinic dates on the Teen Clinic Daventry website.

Please note: this event is organised by a third party. Details are correct at the time of publishing, but please check with the organiser before you go.
