SUMMARY:Christmas at Bell
DESCRIPTION:Christmas shopping can feel like a never-ending list\, so a relaxed evening with independent traders\, live music and festive treats under one roof is a lovely way to make a start. Bell of Northampton is bringing back its annual Christmas at Bell event on Thursday 19 November\, and it is free to attend. \n\n\n\nIndependent makers\, musicians and food and drink businesses from across Northamptonshire will take over Bell of Northampton for a free festive shopping evening on Thursday 19 November\, giving local shoppers a one-stop opportunity to support small businesses this Christmas. \n\n\n\nThe store on Kingsthorpe Road Northampton is holding its much-loved annual Christmas @ Bell shopping event from 6-9pm\, bringing a plethora of independent and artisan businesses together in a festive marketplace. \n\n\n\nShoppers will be able to browse handmade jewellery from Phnxmakes\, clothing and accessories from Zuche Boutique\, award-winning British wines from Fleur Fields Vineyard\, and Christmas decorations\, cards\, tags and paintings from R Davies Art. Sparkle Pants will offer crystals and hanging decorations\, while Jenny Osbourne Greeting Cards and Stationery will bring cards and stationery to the free event\, sponsored for the second consecutive year by Jackson-Stops estate agents. \n\n\n\nPlenty of recipe inspiration and food samples will also be on hand\, thanks to local Instagram cook Joshua Oakenfull cooking up treats on the Kamado Joe\, while Sergio will demonstrate the versatility of Lumberjack rubs and spices on the Broil King. \n\n\n\nTo help wash down the treats on offer\, live cocktail making will take place\, courtesy of Quooker who will be showcasing the versatility of the Quooker hot water tap. \n\n\n\nAdding a festive soundtrack to the shopping experience will be singer Paul Robinson who will provide live music throughout the evening. For those looking to pause and recharge\, the Love Lunch Café will be serving mulled wine and sweet treats. \n\n\n\nYETI will return for a second year\, offering free custom engraving on all suitable YETI items. Existing YETI customers can bring their drinkware to the store from 4pm to 6pm before the event officially opens. From 6pm to 8pm\, the engraving station will be reserved for new YETI items purchased in-store on the night. \n\n\n\n“Christmas is a very special time here at Bell with our Christmas at Bell event being one of our most popular on the calendar\,” said Tammy Pell\, marketing and events co-ordinator at Bell. \n\n\n\n“Customers travel far and wide to start their Christmas shopping while supporting local. This year’s line-up offers distinctive gifts and ideas to suit a wide range of budgets. \n\n\n\n“Every purchase can make a real difference to an independent trader\, so we would encourage anyone looking for a unique and personal gift\, to come along. Entry is free but registration is encouraged to help us plan the evening.” \n\n\n\nTo reserve your place\, visit https://abell.co.uk/pages/christmas-at-bell-event \n\n\n\nIf you would like more festive ideas as soon as they land\, sign up to my weekly newsletter for the latest things to do across Northamptonshire.
