Lamport Hall Christmas Market – 2 weekends

The Christmas Market at Lamport Hall is back for two weekends this December, with over 100 stalls, roaming elf entertainers and a Santa Bus for the little ones. It is a lovely way to tick off some Christmas shopping while the children have plenty to see and do, and everything is housed under cover in the Edwardian stable block.

Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th and Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December, 10am-4pm

Our Christmas Market will again run over two weekends and is back bigger and better than ever! Jam-packed with a huge array of stalls, masses of entertainment and an apres ski bar, we can’t wait to welcome you all! Join us on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th and Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December, 10am-4pm.

This event will be showcasing over 100 stalls selling a variety of wares: from jewellery, decorative glassware and unique arts to clothing, ceramics, wood work, accessories, cards and artisan foods to a name but a few!

Browse a variety of goods and find that all important Christmas gift inspiration – whether it be for a loved one or a special treat for yourself! Housed under cover in our Edwardian stable block, you can shop ’til you drop whatever the weather!

Festive Food Market & Refreshments available on site from Sauls of Spratton. Why not relax with a drink and a bite to eat whilst considering your next purchase? We also have an indoor heated marquee decorated in an apres ski style serving alcoholic and soft drinks. Please contact if you would like to discuss private hire of the marquee for private and corporate events in December.

Entertainment – First weekend (5th & 6th December)

• Wren Arts and Entertainment – elf balloon modeller, elf bubble maker and angel stilt walker roaming throughout the day
• Santa Bus – find the big American school bus kitted out as Santa’s festive transport. Enjoy a photo opportunity, crafts, a festive trail and a VR experience before collecting your treat for Santa’s reindeer. FREE both days.
• Naseby Village Band – 6th only – 11am-11:45am & 1pm-1:45pm
• The Two Shires Leonbergers – both days, all day – have your shopping delivered back to your car by a Leonberger pulling a traditional cart!
• Towcester Studio Band – 5th only – 10am-12pm
• Magic Voices Choir – 5th only – 12:30pm-1pm & 2pm-2:30pm

Entertainment – Second weekend (12th & 13th December)

• Wren Arts and Entertainment – elf balloon modeller, elf bubble maker and angel stilt walker roaming throughout the day
• The Rock Choir – 12th – 12pm-12:30pm & 1pm-1:30pm and 13th – 1:45pm-2:15pm & 2:45pm-3:15pm
• The Memphis Belles 1940s style harmony group – 12th only – 10am-10:30am, 11am-11:30am, 12:30pm-1pm and 2:30pm-3pm
• Santa Bus – 13th only – find the big American school bus kitted out as Santa’s festive transport. Enjoy a photo opportunity, crafts, a festive trail and a VR experience before collecting your treat for Santa’s reindeer. FREE Sunday only.
• Towcester Studio Band – 13th only – 11am-1:15pm

Although we will endeavour to stay on track with these timetables, unexpected circumstances may cause last minute time changes.

Important Information

• Tickets will be available to purchase on the door on both days, both cash and card are accepted. Tickets can also be purchased online.
• Free onsite car parking is available in Porter’s Lodge and Four Acre fields.
• Entry to the event is through the Porter’s Lodge entrance on the Old Road NOT from the A508. Please follow road signage or use the postcode NN6 9HG.
• Parking on grass – wear wellies or sturdy boots.
• Friendly dogs are welcome on short leads but please note there are no dog litter bins onsite.
• Tickets to see Father Christmas are under separate booking and must be booked in advance.
• Not all stallholders are able to accept card payments. We highly recommend you bring cash with you so you don’t miss out! The nearest cash machine is in Brixworth village.
• Disabled parking is available and disabled toilets are available too. Please note that although the event is held mostly on one level, there are steps in places and some gravelled and cobbled areas in the stables.
• The House and Gardens will be closed.
• The Christmas Market is a fundraising event for Lamport Hall Preservation Trust. All proceeds raised support LHPT charitable objectives.
