Resin Jewellery Making Workshop for Families at Stanwick Lakes
If you’ve got a tween or teenager who loves getting crafty, Stanwick Lakes has just the thing for a cosy October evening. Their new “Lates” series is opening up the Visitor Centre after hours for a hands-on resin jewellery workshop that parents and children can enjoy side by side.
The workshop is part of Stanwick Lakes’ Autumn “Lates” evenings, where the Visitor Centre stays open late for a bit of creativity once the day visitors have gone home. It’s designed to be beginner-friendly and runs in small groups, so nobody needs any jewellery-making experience to take part.
You’ll be making your own handmade jewellery piece using natural stones, dried flowers and resin — so you’ll come away with something genuinely one-of-a-kind rather than a standard craft-kit make. It’s aimed at children aged 10 and up, making it a lovely option if you’ve got an older child who’s outgrown the usual toddler craft sessions but still wants something creative to do with you.
