If you’ve been quietly eyeing up a new BBQ and wondering which one is actually worth the investment, this Saturday could be just what you need. Bell of Northampton is putting on a brilliant free event that gives you the chance to see some of the top BBQ brands in action before you commit to buying — and with live cooking thrown in, it sounds like a seriously good morning out.

Shoppers in Northampton are being given the chance to watch live cooking and see different barbecue brands in action at home and lifestyle hub Bell of Northampton later this month.

Applauded for its range of immersive experiences, the renowned Kingsthorpe Road store will be hosting its Sizzling Saturday experience on Saturday 25th April from 11am–3pm, which has been designed to help shoppers see different BBQ brands in action, so that they can choose the right grill with confidence.

Those signing up for the free-to-attend event can also expect a feast of tips, ideas and inspiration. Live cooking will be on the menu, alongside the opportunity to speak directly to grill experts from renowned brands including Weber, Broil King and Pitboss. There will also be some pizza topping action from the Bell team on the Clementi wood-fired and Ooni gas pizza ovens.

“With the longer evenings, now is the perfect time to think ahead to firing up the BBQ and entertaining outdoors this summer — I know I’ve started already!” comments Tammy Pell, marketing and events co-ordinator at Bell.

“Our Big BBQ Bonanza proved really popular, so if you missed out our Sizzling Saturday event is your second chance to see what it’s all about.

“The event will give shoppers the chance to see different BBQ brands in action, watch live cooking, ask questions, compare grills and get ready for the summer BBQ season. They can also browse our newly launched YETI shop, featuring drinkware, food ware, and outdoor accessories.

“It definitely promises to be an event not to be missed. And it’s worth noting that if customers do register to attend, they could win a BBQ Shop goody bag worth over £100!”
